I started to feel like everything in life was getting harder, and my weight was the reason for it. Prior to this year, my health wasn’t a huge priority for me. He says, “Everything in life gets better. After 60 days on a Reboot, he is now feeling the best he’s ever felt. He felt shame but it opened his eyes to what he really wanted which was to live a full and healthy life with his future wife and kids, be more active, and feel confident in his own skin.
